AI agents & copilots
Agents that do more than chat.
Give teams and customers an intelligent layer that can understand intent, retrieve context, use approved tools, complete multi-step work, and escalate when judgment matters.
AI & product engineering · Lahore, Pakistan
Kaagga Vision builds and operates its own software products—and engineers client systems from first idea to production. That changes how we design, estimate, and stand behind the work.
AI solutions
The strongest AI use case is not the loudest one. It is the one that improves a decision, removes a bottleneck, or creates an experience that was not practical before.
We find that use case, connect it to trusted business context, and engineer the complete product around it.
AI agents & copilots
Give teams and customers an intelligent layer that can understand intent, retrieve context, use approved tools, complete multi-step work, and escalate when judgment matters.
Enterprise knowledge
Retrieval systems that respect permissions, cite their sources, and make policies, documents, and product knowledge useful at the moment of need.
Intelligent automation
Combine models, rules, APIs, and human approvals to move real work across CRM, finance, support, operations, and internal systems.
Production AI
Quality, safety, speed, privacy, and cost are product requirements. We make them visible and testable before AI reaches your customers or operations.
Not every problem needs AI. If a rule, an index, or a fixed report solves it better, we will tell you instead of selling you a model to maintain.
Products we own
Not concepts or contributions to someone else's roadmap. Three platforms taken from a blank page to a live market—the product, payments, operations, and servers underneath.
Immersive commerce
Ommatee
Ommatee lets shoppers walk a virtual aisle, inspect products properly, and add them to a real cart. The hard part was making a 3D store work beyond a gaming PC—on everyday devices and uneven connections.
E-commerce platform
EasyApp
EasyApp delivers familiar brands and everyday essentials to the doorstep. Behind the storefront, retail partners manage their own catalogue and delivery windows on shared infrastructure.
Logistics platform
Wyngs
Wyngs moves deliverables across Lahore. The customer sees a simple booking experience; the real product assigns riders, coordinates runs, tracks progress, and keeps both ends informed.
Across all three
Mid-range Android phones on uneven networks are the honest test—not a flagship on office Wi-Fi.
Card, wallet, and cash-on-delivery must arrive in the same ledger. The edge cases are where money disappears.
People still pick, pack, route, deliver, and resolve exceptions. Software has to work with them.
Thousands of products, prices, variants, images, and stock levels must stay current without spreadsheet chaos.
What people viewed, hesitated over, and abandoned must be visible before a funnel can improve.
A platform that only works while it is expensive is not finished. Infrastructure must fit the business.

Services
We take on whole products and single hard pieces. The same engineers who build our own products do the client work—there is no separate B-team.
AI that does a specific job, wired into software that already exists—agents, document understanding, recommendations, forecasting, semantic search, and production integration.
Cross-platform apps built for the phones customers actually own, with offline-tolerant behaviour, payments, maps, notifications, analytics, and store releases.
Customer-facing products plus the less glamorous systems that keep them running—catalogue, orders, fulfilment, reporting, APIs, and admin tooling.
Real-time 3D that works in a browser, not only in a demo—virtual storefronts, configurators, simulations, training, and augmented product previews.
Infrastructure sized to the business it supports: architecture, delivery pipelines, monitoring, recovery, security hardening, and cost control.
Research, flows, interfaces, design systems, and prototypes—created by people who understand what every decision will take to build.
AI delivery model
We reduce AI risk by testing the hardest assumptions early, building around real business context, and defining evaluation before production—not after it.
Map your first AI use caseIdentify the decision, workflow, or customer moment where AI can create meaningful value—and define how success will be measured.
Connect trusted data, knowledge, permissions, and business rules so the system understands the environment in which it must operate.
Build the model workflow, product experience, tool integrations, human controls, and production architecture as one system.
Test quality, safety, latency, and cost before launch, then learn from real usage and improve against evidence—not intuition.
Company
Kaagga Vision (Pvt.) Ltd. is an IT company in Lahore, Pakistan. Ommatee, EasyApp, and Wyngs are our own products. We designed them, built them, launched them, and still run them.
That means we have answered the support call after hours, watched a server bill grow faster than revenue, and rewritten the thing we were sure was right the first time. It makes for very different advice than a team that hands work over and moves on.
Design creates culture. Culture shapes values. Software works the same way—what we build shapes how people behave around it.
Software that is not in front of users is a guess. We get to something real quickly and let evidence settle the arguments.
A mid-range phone on a weak connection is the honest test. We tune for that, not a demo laptop.
Estimates, trade-offs, and bad news arrive early. Nobody benefits from a surprise behind a comfortable status update.
Design, build, deploy, operate. One accountable team closes the gaps between disciplines.
Working together
Pick the one that matches how settled your requirements are. If that changes once we learn more, the engagement can change too.
Clear requirements, an agreed price, and a delivery date. Best when the outcome can be specified confidently up front.
Engineers, designers, and a lead working as your team each month. Best for products that keep evolving after launch.
A short paid engagement that turns a rough idea into a plan, prototype, and real cost—with no obligation to build with us.
